Validator-passing structured data, generated and published automatically.
Schema Intelligence crawls your whole site, detects every page type, and generates schema.org JSON-LD that passes validation. Auto-inject it into WordPress, or copy/download the markup to paste into any platform — no manual schema, no guesswork.

From domain to live schema in four steps
No tags to hand-write. No fields to look up. The pipeline does the work and keeps you in control.
Crawl
Point us at your domain. We read your sitemap and crawl every page, extracting the real on-page evidence — headings, breadcrumbs, FAQs, prices, authors.
Generate
We detect your business type and each page type, then build cross-linked schema.org JSON-LD — Organization, Article, Product, Service, FAQ, Breadcrumb, LocalBusiness and more.
Review
Approve or edit each page's schema, with the exact evidence behind every field. AI fills gaps only from your real content — it never invents facts.
Publish anywhere
On WordPress, the plugin auto-injects approved markup and refreshes as you publish. On any other platform, copy or download the JSON-LD <script> and paste it into your page's <head> — Webflow, Shopify, Next.js, plain HTML.
Everything you need to ship correct structured data
Built on a strict principle: AI may classify and extract from your content, but it never invents business facts.
Automatic page-type detection
All 18 page types classified from your URLs and content — no manual tagging, with a confidence score and one-click override.
Validation built in
Every page is checked against schema.org and Google's Rich Results required fields before you publish. No more guessing in the validator.
Evidence-bounded AI
AI only extracts and rephrases from your scraped content, in the same language. Missing required data is flagged — never fabricated.
WordPress plugin or copy-paste
Auto-inject on WordPress with the plugin, or copy/download the JSON-LD <script> for Webflow, Shopify, Next.js, plain HTML — anywhere you can edit the <head>.
Review & approval workflow
A clear lifecycle — suggested → approved → published — with full provenance on who or what set each value.
Multi-site dashboard
Manage many client sites from one place. See crawl status, validation issues and published schema at a glance.
How to use it
A quick tour of the workflow and what each part of the dashboard does.
- 1
Create a project
Add a project for each website — just the domain. Everything for that site lives here: its crawls, generated schema, and the site key your WordPress plugin uses.
- 2
Run a crawl
Start a crawl. We discover your pages from the sitemap, render each one, and extract the on-page evidence. Track progress in the project's URL queue.
- 3
Review a page
Open any URL to see its generated JSON-LD @graph, the evidence behind each field (with source and confidence), and validation issues — Critical vs warnings — against Google's requirements.
- 4
Edit & approve
Fix or fill any field inline; AI suggests values only from your scraped content, never invented. Adjust the page type if needed, then approve — status moves suggested → approved → published, and editing an approved page sends it back for re-review.
- 5
Publish or export
On WordPress, install the plugin and paste your project's site key to auto-inject approved markup. Anywhere else, download the .json or the ready <script> .txt and drop it into your page's <head>.
Inside a page you'll find: Schema (the JSON-LD + download), Validation (issues), Fields & evidence (what each value came from), and Lifecycle (approve / publish).

Frequently asked questions
- Does it only work with WordPress?
- No. The crawler, schema generation and validation work for any website. WordPress gets a one-click auto-inject plugin; on every other platform you copy or download the ready-to-paste JSON-LD <script> from the dashboard (or fetch it per URL via our API) and drop it into your <head>.
- Will the AI invent data about my business?
- No. AI is only allowed to extract or rephrase from content we actually scraped from your pages, in the same language. A required field with no evidence is flagged as missing — it is never made up.
- Will my schema pass Google's Rich Results test?
- Every page is validated locally against schema.org and Google's required/recommended fields before you approve it, and we link you straight to the official validators to confirm.
- How do I connect WordPress?
- Install the Schema Intelligence plugin, open its settings, paste the API URL and your project's site key, and hit Sync. It pulls your approved schema and injects it into every matching page's <head> on a schedule — and keeps serving the cached markup even if our service is briefly offline.
- Where is my site key?
- In your project's settings. It's a read-only key scoped to that one project — the WordPress plugin uses it to fetch only your published schema, nothing else.
- How long does a crawl take?
- It runs in the background, so you can close the tab. Time depends on how many pages your sitemap has; large sites process in batches and you watch progress in the URL queue.
- Can I edit the generated schema, and does it re-validate?
- Yes. Edit any field inline or override a page's type, and the schema is re-validated and re-hashed on the spot. An already-approved page drops back to 'suggested' so nothing changes silently after approval.
- What if a required field has no data on my page?
- It's flagged as a Critical issue rather than guessed. Add the value yourself (it's marked as set by you) or use the AI suggestion — which only pulls from your own page content.
- How is pricing calculated?
- Simple, fixed monthly tiers based on the number of sites and pages processed — no surprise usage bills. Upgrade or downgrade any time.
